Grand Central Station

ISO: 800
SS: 200
APP: 3.0
Grand Central Station was really fun. There were so many great opportunities to get out of your comfort zone and get some awesome photos. In fact, while we were there a couple was having their wedding so that was really cool to witness and a lot of students got to take pictures of them. I wish i would have gotten more but i am satisfied with what all i produced. The ceiling was beautiful and i wish i would have gotten a wider lens so i could have gotten some better shots of it.

Brooklyn bridge

ISO: 200
SS: 200
APP: 3.0
While we were in NY we got to go walk across the Brooklyn bridge. This was really fun because we we all took our time and had a chance to get some really great photos. The only issue with the photo opportunity was that almost everyone had a picture that another person had to so it made you really try and get creative with your image. although i didn't get a lot of great photos like i wanted too the experience is what i enjoyed most.

Josh Wilson Head Shots

ISO: 800
APP: 2.8
SS: 125
I was assigned to take head shots of josh working in a classroom for the calculus spread for the yearbook. I took both vertical and horizontal pictures just in case because I wasn't sure what was needed. He was in Mr. Littman's room so I had to take the pictures quickly before they started their test. I think they turned out well, there wasn't really many creative things you could do with a working head shot so i just got different angles. I really like taking head shots now, i used to be hesitant to take them after boot camp but i have come a long way. Now Im just ready to learn how to shoot in the studio.
